WARRANTY POLICY VIA _ BM_REFUND
1. BM WARRANTY POLICY
Within 24 hours since Link BM is purchased on the system, customers are entitled to warranty in the following cases:
1. Invite Link to receive BM cannot be accessed (Link error, Link expired)
2. BM is restricted from advertising (BM die - Unable to create TKQC)
3. BM has a disabled ad account (BM live - Die TKQC)
4. BM information is not correct with information on Website (Date created, Limit...)
Customers are not guaranteed Link BM in the following cases:
1. BM has been promoted to Camp by you (including drafts)
2. BM has been added payment information by you (Add card)
3. BM has been created an ad account by you
4. BM has been added by you to a personal advertising account of Via, Clone
5. BM has been created Pixel by you or received Pixel from another BM
6. BM verified by temporary mail service (Mail10m,...)
7. BM has dropped threshold
(*) Within 24 hours of soaking BM: If BM is restricted from advertising or the Ad Account is disabled, absolutely do not arbitrarily resist BM (TKQC). If you have hit resistance then that BM will not be covered under warranty.
We are not responsible for any loss of BM after logging into Via. So, to ensure absolute safety, after receiving the BM into Via, please check and notify the admin to handle out or downgrade. In case BM is unable to downgrade by itself due to less than 7 days, please contact the support team to downgrade immediately after receiving Via. We only support downgrade rights for BM within the warranty period.
2. WARRANTY POLICY
Within 3 hours since Via was purchased on the system, customers are entitled to warranty in the following cases:
1. First time login failed (Wrong UID, wrong password, wrong 2FA code, Do not arbitrarily retrieve password, or edit)
2. Via pre-restricted ads (Cannot create Camp, Add BM)
3. Log in, the first time checkpoint does not return to mail.
4. Please check the via information carefully before changing pass via, pass mail
5. Via information is not correct with information recorded on Website (Date created,...)
Customers are not covered by Via's warranty in the following cases:
1. Via is your checkpoint by going to Camp, Add card, Add BM, Reg BM...
2. Via you restrict advertising by going to Camp, Add card, Add BM, Reg BM...
3. Via has your personal ad account disabled by going to Camp, Add card
4. shopadspro.com refuses warranty when buying via 24h or more without changing via (pass via, pass mail)
5. Via was back by Via owner because he didn't change information after receiving Via
6. Attention before purchase, the exported via will not be returned under any circumstances if it is not a warranty defect.
3. DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY
1. We do not have a refund policy once loaded into the website.
2. Account is blocked if deposit is less than 10$
2. Refunds only when the product is disabled and there are no replacement products available
