B1: Change currency and country to change, wait 15 minutes later
B2: Use the facebook live ads profile to hold the ad account to add a bank card
B3: Download the Ads Manager app on your phone
B4: Select the account to add a bank card
B5: Create a campaign >>> choose an interaction goal >>> click next until the add card section
B6: Add is done

*NOTE:
+ no need to fake IP, should use normal profile or 2 lines that have not run QC to add (can add multiple ad accounts) about 50 accounts should change facebook profile to avoid spam
+ do not leave the card in debt when adding the card (make sure the card has enough money to add + standard information). If wrong, it will be easy to hold.
